Ailish

Daughter of Bonnie and Frank, Ailish developed a passion for horses at a very young age. Growing up in a family that is heavily involved in the sport, Ailish quickly learned the importance of dedication to riding and horse care. As a junior rider, she trained with her parents while also receiving help in the equitation ring from North Run’s distinguished training team, John Brennan and Missy Clark, and from leading Irish rider Paul O’Shea in the jumper ring. Ailish had a very successful junior career, earning titles in the hunter ring at Indoors, and top honors in the equitation ring at Pony Finals, Maclay Finals, USET Finals, and Devon. Later in her junior career, she won two gold medals at Young Riders and in 2019 she was named the Hermes U25 Overall Winner. Ailish has since turned professional and now rides and trains at Whipstick farm alongside her parents, adding strength to their training team with in-depth knowledge of the hunter, equitation, and jumper rings. As a professional, Ailish is currently competing successfully at the FEI level.
